Growing up

Possibly the scariest title i've made so far on this blog? I think so.
Growing up is a weird term, cause i don't think i'll be growing up any time soon. I'm not immature at all, i am quite mature for my age but i'm still a fun and loving person to be around with (not trying to be big headed hah). After years and years in education i'm actually coming up to my final month, how scary? :( It's made me think over these past few months how after this, i feel like this is the time my life will actually begin. But leaving education behind to start your life seems like a massive step to me, and it feels like i will grow up even just a tiny bit when i do. I'm not ashamed to say i haven't got a dream job where i earn tons of money each year, i haven't got a life plan written right in front of me, i'm not off to study in university to become the person I've always wanted to be. My dream in life is to travel the world, to see countries I've never seen before. But that's far away from now, but i'm still determined to make it happen. I'll happily go through life having many jobs, some i don't like, some i will, at the end of the day i'll still be learning every day. I'll be finding out more about myself that i didn't know before. As long as i'm happy, and the people around me are, content with life will not be the word :).

I just hope when i go through my life, people are proud of me. I hope i can be proud of myself for what I've achieved. I hope there's plenty of things i can say I've done, and I've had no regrets doing so.

Wow, serious post? It happens sometimes, i love this blog cause i know i can just let anything out, whether it be about my photography, clothes or just a nice chit chat with the rest of the world. Even if noone reads, it's still good to be able to get my feelings out and feel good afterwards.

I hope you're all having a great day.

Garnier Moisture Match samples

I saw from another blog that Garnier was giving out freebies for their new range of skin creams! I'm currently on the look out for a new face cream to fit my skins needs, so i thought what's the harm of trying out some free testers from a well trusted brand? On their website, they had a little survey about your own skin to determine which cream would benefit me the most. Mine turned out to be the Goodbye Dry cream, but unfortunately that sample had already sold out before i had the chance to sample it, so they kindly sent out three other samples for me to try :).

Normal To Dry skin sample - Covered face well, wasn't too thick, made my skin soft but left my forehead a little dry as that part is more dryer than other parts on my face

Normal skin sample -  Love the smell, covered well and it made me feel a lot fresher and less dry considering it wasn't a cream for dry skin.

For Dull Skin sample - Well fragranced, i'm not too fond of items for skin that are fragrenced a lot, refreshed my face up a lot, made me feel fresh, still showed my dryness a little, but for it's purpose it did well

The little packets don't look like much at all but i did find myself having more than enough to use, which is great. This is definitely a great way to determine what kind of skin cream you'd need to for your type of skin. Bit gutted that i couldn't try the dry type of face cream, but this has helped me to try it out as the normal to dry worked well but not enough, so Goodbye Dry feels like the right skin cream for me.

Have you tried any of the samples, what did you think of them?

Primark nail polishes

So i've seen on several blogs people talking about these little packs of four nail polishes for £2, i never really took notice of the make up section in there cause i expected it to be tacky and not worth buying considering how cheap things can be in there. I'm normally too interested in all the lovely clothes in there. But i thought i'd give them a try considering they did have two packs of nice colours, there was one pack with tacky horrible neon colours so i refused to pick them up to try haha sorry, i just really didn't like the colours. I picked up a packet full of three blues including a glitter blue and lovely green colour. There other pack has two lovely glittery polishes to maybe cover over another colour as the formula is quite transparent, and two pinks, one quite faint. I'm not too fussed about the paler colours as i wanted to try out the glitters to be quite honest!
I haven't yet to try each one yet, but i did mix two together the other day. As it's Primark they don't really have names for the nail polishes, i really love the cute little names brands give each colour so that was a downside, not that it made the product bad though haha. I tried the blue on the far right with the silver glitter over coat in the second batch. I can't believe how nice the colour came out, i am in love with it. I literally only needed one coat and it would cover my nail so nicely, but i put two coats on to show the full potential of the colour and it's gorgeous. I added the glitter also and i didn't think i could love my nails any more but it just looks so pretty! I was tempted to cover all my nails in glitter it looked that nice.
I would definitely recommend picking up these, specially for a steal of £2, there's no harm in testing out new brands, and even if you don't like it won't exactly break your bank!

My nails are short i know, but i just really don't like having nails any longer, i think it's a perfect size for me to enjoy having a nice colour on them :}.
Have you tried these yet, what do you think?!

iPhone update

Well if i'm not the luckiest person right now i don't know what i am. The other day, my brother told me his friend was selling his iPhone 4, it's smashed at the back and front but it works perfectly and he was looking to get it for £30 (how amazing is that price?!?!). So i managed to buy it. I am in love with iPhones and after departing with my 3G i really wanted another but without a job it's impossible really. But i am lucky enough to have found the opportunity to buy one for cheap (told you i'm a bargain hunter). I haven't come off it since i got it the other day, i'm just waiting for my new SIM card to come in the post and i can start actually using it properly! I'm on Tesco Mobile so my contract is only £10 a month, so this is crazy to me. So happy!
In the last week i've managed to change the screen to my brothers and his friends iPhones so i can easilly change the front and back to my phone and it'll be brand new. I might start my own business of repairing screens cause it's good easy (kinda) money!

Hope everyone's enjoying this beautiful weather.
I'm also two away from 100 followers on GFC, woo!
